  • rough construction of a hotel building (consisting of apartments, restaurant, service rooms, currency exchange desk, hairdresser, etc.);

  • earthworks (excavation with a backhoe, leveling and shaping the trench; earth soil and construction waste transportation and disposal of licensed landfill; backfilling of earth, compacting and leveling the terrain; scuffling);

  • structures - shuttering, reinforcement and concrete works;

  • supply and laying of bitumen primer and plastic wrap;

  • architecture - masonry work;

  • roofing works - implementation of pitched and flat roofs.
