Extension, upgrade and repair of hotel “Serdika“ and in RLP in the village of Kranevo, Balchik Municipality - 2012

 

 

Completed are the types of work by parts:

 

  • built a completely new building - Block A;

  • new sports hall;

  • expansion of hotel rooms with new terraces;

  • upgraded two existing hotel units - block B and block C with a hotel floor and attic;

  • earthworks;

  • reinforcement works;

  • concrete works;

  • masonry work;

  • steel structure;

  • installation of facade and roof thermo panels;

  • finishing work - insulation system, plaster, mortar, interior cladding and flooring;

  • waterproofing;

  • installation of joinery.
